🥗Nutrition Series: Part 3

Hydration: More Than Just Water
Before you reach for another coffee, ask yourself:
Have I had enough water today?
Hydration is one of the simplest parts of nutrition—and one of the easiest to overlook.
Your body needs water for many important functions, and staying hydrated supports normal physical performance and temperature regulation.

When you’re exercising, you’re losing fluid through sweat, so replacing those fluids matters.
Make hydration a habit.
Don’t wait until you’re extremely thirsty to start thinking about fluids.
Try:
đź’§ Drinking water throughout the day
đź’§ Having water with meals
đź’§ Keeping a bottle with you
đź’§ Drinking around your workouts
💧 Paying attention to your body’s signals
For longer or particularly sweaty workouts, individual fluid and electrolyte needs can vary.
Here’s the bottom line:
You don’t need a fancy hydration strategy to start.
Start with water.

Your body works hard for you every single day.
Give it what it needs to perform, recover, and keep moving.
Hydration is not an afterthought.
It’s part of your fitness routine.
